My So-Called Gut Story
I have had digestive issues all of my life. Anyone with chronic health issues knows how taxing it is to not only deal with this but also figure out the root cause.
When I had my first colonoscopy, they found a very large tumor on my ileum that had attached itself to my colon wall. And at the young age of 38, I was first diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
My story ebbs and flows since this date.
But the end result is the same.
Due to all my health struggles, I have become EXTREMELY passionate (and fairly knowledgeable) about living a holistic and healthy life.
In this blog, we will explore ALL things health + wellness related (i.e.- gut health, nutrition, gut instinct and intuition, wellness, healthy recipes, product reviews, and so more!).
